Contributions to PSI CT directly support our initiative to offer scholarships to clinical treatment providers who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color. These scholarships enable recipients to access PMAD training from PSI and/or pursue the perinatal mental health certification exam (PMH-C). Given the disproportionate impact of PMADs on Black and Brown Mothers, it’s crucial to involve more Clinicians of Color with expertise in treating perinatal women.
Furthermore, donations contribute to various community initiatives, including education, materials, and resources for providers, parents, and professionals. Additionally, a portion of donations supports our Chapter Assistant, our sole paid staff member, who assists the Board Members with additional tasks.
Thank you for your consideration in supporting this initiative to increase our perinatal mental health
treatment provider workforce so that mothers can receive the clinical support and care they deserve.

PSI Coordinators
PSI Coordinators are the direct contacts and representatives of PSI in their communities. They respond to people who contact PSI for information and support through the PSI website support map, through our 800-944-4PPD warmline, support@postpartum.net, our closed Facebook Support Page, or through the PSI office in Portland, Oregon, USA. Many areas have more than one Coordinator working together, and we encourage you to be open to others who want to volunteer.
Postpartum Support International Connecticut Chapter (PSI-CT) is a not-for-profit (501c3) organization with the mission to promote awareness, prevention, and treatment of perinatal mental health challenges for the well-being of families throughout Connecticut.
