Jen co-founded the first United States chapter of PSI in 2016 and have been participating in various Board roles ever since. She believes it is her duty to ensure this chapter organization survives and thrives. She is so very grateful to Teresa M. Twomey, Sharon Thomason and Cory Bernard for their dedication to the work of developing and growing PSI Connecticut. Jen is inspired by what people can do when they are passionate and commit to values and relationship-based practice.

Natasha is also hoping to gain knowledge, connections, and a broader perspective. Natasha is working on her doctorate in Social Work.

Once the BIPOC collective was established, Nicole felt a desire to be more involved but didn’t really know what that could look like. This Board position allows her to be more involved at a more intimate and hopefully impactful level.
